ATVs

New and/or transferred recreational vehicles are registered with the Polk County Recorder. ATV registrations expire on December 31st of each year. ATV's registered since January 2000 must have a title.

Title fee without lien: $10.50*

Title fee with lien: $21.00*

Registrations

The registration fee is $16.75, valid January 1st thru December 31st annually.  Registrations are required for all transfers.  Transfers not made within 30 days from the sale date will be charged a $5.00 penalty in addition to the normal fees.
